These sessions are up to 30 minutes long and are most recommended for maternity sessions, and any session that involves children.

These sessions are up to 1 hour long and are recommended for sessions that involve travelling a little bit to reach a proper destination (ie: Deep in a forest, to a beach). Also recommended for couples and extended families.

Do you help with planning locations, timing, or direction for the session?
I’m always happy to help with locations, timing, and shaping the overall feel of the day. A lot of my work depends on light, weather, and atmosphere, so I usually keep things flexible enough to follow what feels right in the moment rather than planning every detail too tightly.
Are travel expenses included in your packages or quoted separately?
If the session is located within 30 km of the Ottawa region, there is no additional costs for travel. If the location requires travel over 30 km a small fee may be included. If the location is more than 2 hours outside the Ottawa region an additional fee may apply.
How long does it typically take to receive the final gallery?
For weddings, you will receive a handful of sneak peeks within 48 hours of the wedding and the final gallery within 4-6 weeks of the wedding date. For portrait sessions you will receive the finally gallery within 2 weeks of the session. If the photos are required earlier than the listed dates a rush fee may apply. I always want to make sure clients receive the best quality photos by spending the appropriate amount of time working on them in post-production.
How long can a session be booked in advance?
For weddings it is recommended to book at least a year in advance as dates prior to that may already be booked. For portrait sessions you can book up to two months in advance. Priority goes to weddings during peak season (Saturdays between May-October) but if a date is still available by that point, it can be scheduled.
